Orders will be processed and shipped the same day if in by 2pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.
We offer the follow shipping options:
UPS Ground - Flat rate $6.75 per order (no matter how much you order).
All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground except orders to be delivered to P.O.Boxes. P.O.Box orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service only. Shipping charge for all orders is only $6.75 (no matter how much you order). No handling fee is required.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory orders (including Pwill be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Delivery Time Estimate: East Coast: 3-5 business days; West Coast: 5-8 business days.
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail to allow you to cancel your order. If you do not wish to cancel, the item will be shipped to you at the earliest possible time.
We are required to charge a 5% sales tax on all orders billed to addresses in Virginia only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Virginia.

Discreet Shipping
All Self Defense Products Depot orders are shipped in plain discreet boxes. The return address is Lau International, LLC. Nowhere does it mention what you purchased. Your neighbors, mail carrier or children will not be able to tell the contents of your order.

Return Policy
Self Defense Products Depot strives to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you have any questions regarding our products, please contact info@self-defense-products-depot.com or call (866) 321-7886 before placing an order.
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not happy with your purchase, just simply follow the return procedure listed below and we will refund your purchase price of the product minus 20% restocking fee with no questions asked!
IMPORTANT:Due to the nature of the products, DVD and video tape CANNOT be returned. All pepper spray products cannot be returned unless defective.
All returns must be authorized by self-defense-products-depot.com before product is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.
Please send an e-mail to sales@self-defense-products-depot.com to receive a return authorization no later than 30 days after original ship date. Please include the following information in your e-mail:

Reason for return (if product is defected)
A return authorization will be sent within 24 hours via e-mail. Please print the return authorization email and return with the order.
IMPORTANT: Any return must be authorized by self-defense-products-depot.com and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
All pepper spray products cannot be returned unless defective. When returning pepper spray products, please use ground shipping ONLY. No air carrier is allowed; it is the federal law.
Warranty and Defect
Self Defense Products Depot guarantees all our products to be free of defects when they are sent. All our products are warranted by manufacturers; please refer to the product page for warranty information. If the product you receive is defective you must notify us by email at sales@self-defense-products-depot.com no later than 15 days after original ship date to receive return instructions. The product will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
IMPORTANT: Do not under any circumstances disassemble the product. Disassembling the product will void any warranty and refund privilege.
