Orders will be processed and shipped the same day if in by 2pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.

All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground except orders to be delivered to P.O.Boxes. P.O.Box orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service only. Shipping charge for all orders is only $8.95 (no matter how much you order). No handling fee is required.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory orders (including Pwill be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery Time Estimate: East Coast: 3-5 business days; West Coast: 5-8 business days.
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail to allow you to cancel your order. If you do not wish to cancel, the item will be shipped to you at the earliest possible time.
We are required to charge a 5% sales tax on all orders billed to addresses in Virginia only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Virginia.

An adult signature may be required upon delivery since TASER International requires a background check and registration on all TASER products including the following:

All sales are final. Once the product is shipped, all returns are subjected to 20% restocking fee with no exceptions (unless the product is defective).

All returns must be authorized by BestStunGun.com before product is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.

A return authorization will be sent within 24 hours via e-mail. Please print the return authorization email and return with the order.
IMPORTANT: Any return must be authorized by Self Defense Products Depot and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
IMPORTANT: All stun guns must use Energizer, Duracell, or battery from us. Other batteries might not work.
Self Defense Products Depot guarantees all our products to be free of defects when they are sent. All our products are warranted by manufacturers; please refer to the product page for warranty information. If the product you receive is defective you must notify us by email at
no later than 15 days after original ship date to receive return instructions. The product will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
IMPORTANT: Since all TASER products are registered with TASER International, warranty on TASER M18, TASER M18L, TASER X26C and TASER C2 will be serviced directly by TASER International. Please contact TASER International at 1-800-978-2737, email: rma@taser.com or visit their site at (http://apps.taser.com/troubleshooting/consumer-support.aspx). All stun guns must use Energizer, Duracell, or battery from us. Other batteries might not work.
IMPORTANT: Do not under any circumstances disassemble the product. Disassembling the product will void any warranty and refund privilege.
